Mike is a firefighter and enjoys his unique work schedule because it allows for a lot of family time.  He enjoys NASCAR, hunting, and biking.  He usually runs in our local mini-marathon and is looking forward to his future coaching career in lassie and/or little league.  Mindi is a pediatric physical therapist, as well as one of the department directors.  She enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with children who have physical and mental disabilities.  She feels fortunate to be able to work part-time since adopting Lauren.  Her hobbies include walking, playing cards, cookie baking, decorating, gardening and shopping.  As a family, we enjoy visiting Aunt Mel in Chicago and Uncle Denny and family in Kentucky.  We also enjoy watching movies together and visiting the area zoos and amusement parks.  We are planning our first family trip to Disney World in 2008!
